Keyword Planner - Error Message?

Anyone else have issues when trying to upload a keyword list to keyword planner.
* I've saved my list in .csv (about 11,000 keywords)
* This list consists of single word phrases, but I still went through and tried to strip out any weird characters like "-", "?"...etc (don't know why they would be in there in the first place).
Anyway, I consistently get this error message. Yet, when I ask it to show me what the errors are, it just says "unknown"
