Pls advise.. Godaddy auctions if the domain is `offer` ..

Hi,
Theres a few domains I`d like to buy in Godaddy auctions but there under offer with 30+ days left so if I make a really good offer and the seller likes it does he close the auction or does it still go though till the end which could be 30+ days ?
