It's about having other streams of traffic and scaling.

If you can get extra traffic from Adwords and make an ROI then it's worth doing.

It's just another traffic source, even when it comes from the same Google page, not everyone looks at the organic results first.

Sure, anything that proves an awesome ROI is worth it, but it's not happening in this thread otherwise there wouldn't be a $100 offer.

I can name 2 keywords that nobody would ever care about, that you mention in your SEO service sales letter as being some kind of achievement.

Take a look at our search engine rankings. Whether it's "SLO SEO" or "search engine optimization san luis obispo,"

If anyone keyword stuffs a small city location (250k pop @2010 census) that nobody cares about, it' not that hard to rank. Why? Because nobody cares about "san luis obispo".

Well those keywords are pretty cool when they convert. The generic keywords don't rank nationally. It's just not an seo company looking for a national presence. No shame in that, is there? A keyword is worth what roi it brings. Maybe I'm wrong, but I wouldn't care if I was.

Thank you for the website content critique. There is good advice on this site, after all. I should break up the text and yes I planned on it with videos and such.

I agree I didn't need to snap at the general population of this board. It was because I mistook this forum as a different demographic. I should have read more into the obvious "work from home" demographic. My ppc questions were a misfit and I apologize.

As for what I have against anyone here, it has to do with commenter's saying ppc is fake while purporting to do sem, people saying that a 6 figure contract was a lie. I don't appreciate being called a liar or fake. I don't like having accusations tossed around that I threatened a person. But if it's an attack on professional ability or integrity, I welcome it. Which is why I appreciate your comments about being an astronaut and how that means my text is plain Jane. Thanks. I'll shoot over the $100 to you right now. What's your payment method?

I'm not trying to stir the pot. I'll forgive any offensive comments. Hey yukon, I'm being friendly here. I honestly am just curious how you saying your top keywords will do you harm? If they're competitive keywords already, how would mentioning then here make any difference?

It looks very unprofessional for a company who are trying to sell WebD and PPC management to 6 figure clients. You could easily self host that video or at least remove the YT branding (?rel=0&autohide=1&showinfo=0) Embed YouTube Videos without YouTube Branding | BlueJProjects

As for the $100 payment. I would appreciate it, if you could make a donation to my sig charity fundraiser for Tim Pears. He certainly needs it more then I do. And we can both feel good about doing something nice for someone today.

I honestly thought there was ppc talent here. I guess there are a couple good names in this thread. And yes, $100 seems low for a consult. I have had a moz author contact me through odesk for similar tasks. I think it boils down to what the long term relationship potential looks like. As for why I'd have such a low offer. That's a valid point. I never make my first offer my best offer. And it's not like a $1k consulting fee is unreasonable for a ppc powerhouse.
Hopefully I can make some friends being nice and helpful. I'm trying to gain some correspondence without being inflammatory. God bless.

I don't know about Odesk but I've seen some of the worst 3rd world bidders on Elance (example portfolio fail).

I know there's also legit freelancers on those sites but you'll still have to do a lot of trial & error finding them.

If you tried mulitple WSO provider then your site was probably already penalized after the first attempt so all the others didn't even get a fair chance. Not that there are many solid providers on this forum, so probably most hurt your site.

How about you move your site to a new domain, hire an SEO company that doesn't build 100's of spammy links and try again.

When you pay for PPC you are assured that your ad will show up on the 1st page if your account is set up properly. I have given so much money to SEOs that it's ridiculous. Most of the money was made by having a great ROI from PPC.

Not one SEO that I have used has ever gotten a primary keyword in to the money positions. I have never gotten an ROI. I have only been told to pay my monthly installment and be patient. The patience never paid off.

What I did get, however, was a site crashed that I spent $2500 to build and hundreds of hours writing content.

I apologize that you were put through all that from unscrupulous seo companies. Unfortunately, your story is far too common. Do you mind if I ask how you came to do business with those companies?

Yukon is one of those seo guys that is getting weeded out algorithmically as Google becomes more sentient. As a search engine marketing expert, I can opine that you should stay far away from any seo that speaks about ppc in such generalities as to say it's all expensive. He is his biggest enemy. Other than his pathetic back link profile and lack of accolades. It's guys like him who think the whole practice of social bookmarking is some kind of secret sauce. And it's guys like him that offer seo services so elementary and myopic that I could pay my 1 year old daughter to perform better. WF is full of these guys. I have some advice on how you can find a REAL seo company. But first, I'd like to hear back from you on how you found these incompetent seo companies. Thanks and I hope I can help.

Nope, don't believe it.

Most competitive keywords have paid ads 2-3 pages deep on the SERPs, everyone isn't going to be #1.

If a campaign is profitable then it makes sense. Like most, I started off as just an "SEO" person but you have to think big picture. Whether you are getting a return and reaching your goals from email, seo, social media, or PPC, it doesn't matter; results or bust.

Currently getting 1cent clicks on a facebook campaign that is going viral. PPC requires the right audience, message (copy/image), and landing page.

I'm not surprised that the thread got no real replies. Just look at the way the question was presented. If you do find someone who you didn't already know calling him/herself "the best PPC guy on WF" you know it's gotta be BS. So was it trolling, humor, self-promotion, or a real question worded very poorly?

I'm the best here. But 100 isn't worth my time.
I do large lawfirms exclusively, nexis lexis made me three unsolicited offers to buy my assets.
I tell lawyers all day they're too small to hire me.
I have seven doctorates.
I own some of the most valuable keywords.com in the world.

A typical client gives me a 25k to 250k a month budget. My company gets a large monthly fee to take on a fjrm as an exclusive lead provider for their niche of law in their market.
I also take 25% of their budget.
I Guarantee firms 50% response ratios.
I sit on boards of public companies and get 250k for one day.
100 bucks?
It's what I tip ugly strippers to go away.
