Webmeup, ahrefs and majestic SEO.

The first one is free and has quite big backlink index (but now it doesn't provide in-depth analysis, just some basic stuff).

The other 2 require paid subscription but offer more advanced backlink analysis.

ahrefs and majesticseo is for free, when will verify your website.

These days, the software market offers a wide range of tools for any link building activities. But! You should be careful with some as they may violate Google's TOS and can actually do you more harm than good.

To check backlink profiles it's MajesticSEO for me. To create backlinks...I would not use any tools. Starting out I used SENuke, BacklinksGenie and GSA but then I got slapped real good and real hard and learnt my lesson.
