Need advice on my site & SEO

Recently I have been trying to increase my pagerank and traffic for my site. It's been a long ride and I am still turning low numbers. Could anyone tell me what they think of my site? I am working on White Hat SEO, including quality content as well as tags, keywords, and indexing to Bing/Yahoo and Google. I know I have a lot more to learn, but any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Not sure if it will allow me to post my link, but if you go into my profile, it's listed. White-Out Reviews

You have too many ads. It's clear you're trying to make as much $$ as possible instead of having a site that's engaging to the user. So it needs a better user experience. Just think, if you were a customer and you went to this site, would you be willing to scroll through the site once you see all these ads above the fold?

You got to work on the design. You're doing reviews, look up cnet ign or some sort and start getting THEIR ideas. They have a high PR and tons of visitors for a reason. Get ideas from your competitors.

You can follow the SEO step. Forum posting, Blog posting, Article posting, Blog commenting, Free web Submission, Press Release, Yahoo Answer etc are the process to improve page rank and traffic.

No worries, just keep improving one step at a time. Focus on your site first before you even start doing SEO.

    Here's what I see:

    1) Move your social buttons down. Put a professional looking image in that space to grab the user's attention. Having a big Facebook button there just makes them think about checking their FB feed. They have no reason to share your content yet, so move it down.

    2. Your logo is really jarring, imo. The strike through makes me wonder if your site is under construction. That's the first impression I got.

    3. Right below your landing page copy I see a big blue "Hey we sell s#$" button. I don't care about your store yet because I don't know who you are and I don't trust you yet. Build trust, then sell.

    4. I was about to say you have good interlinking going on, but it turns out those are just pop-up ads.

    5. I like your Featured Reviews section but like I said if I was a random visitor I would have hit the "Back" button before I ever saw it.

    6. You have a weird blue "Mobile User Link Page" button at the end of your copy. Is that a link or what?

    7. Infolinks is picking really weird stuff to highlight. I would advise you to get rid of it altogether. If you want people to read your reviews you really need to create the impression that you don't care if they buy anything. People don't want to be sold to. It's cool if you have a store, but link to it from your featured reviews page, not your homepage.

    8. The "Advice" links in the left-hand bar don't work, and they're very out of place anyway. If your site is about tech reviews, don't offer dating advice. It looks very weird to the visitor and they will simply hit back and find a domain that focuses exclusively on reviews.

On the whole, you get what you pay for.

Thank you for the feedback, I will definitely look into everything.
The social buttons will be moved down and I will look into a new logo to use. Definitely understandable about the store page and I will look at "interlinking"
I will probably take out my ads except for Adsense.
I am learning all of this as I go, so I placed an awkward mobile user button, because I wasn't sure about my menu being accessible from mobile devices.

No worries. We all start somewhere. I had a site similar to this 3 years ago. I've come along way. I know you will too!

Thank you for the confidence! Are you making a decent revenue from your website?

I branched off and went to the corporate online marketing world + consulting for small businesses. Crazy right? My first small test site, that lead to other affiliate sites I've created, which now lead to what I'm doing today and I love it.

You'll never know where you'll be in a couple months, years from now. You might be the CEO of something you may never know . And you can look back and say "man, I started off with my first website ."

You are so freaking sweet GG but still no wedding invitation in my mailbox. Hows a brother supposed to survive with no free meals here and there? Charity begins at home.

OP my suggestion is to strip out all the ads and write for a month or two with no ads just on the subject and what you would want to cover if you were doing it for free. right now without that most of your traffic is hitting the back button a second after visiting.

Thank you, I am starting to strip my ads now and optimize my content. New reviews are coming in multiple times a week, but I want them to be seen through search engine results and I want visitors to stay on the page or at least look around.

I have some work cut out for me, but I will definitely spend time on the content and quality of the user experience.

Bounce rate has a lot to do with it these days. Make it more interesting and your page rank will go up.

Try to get the links from high DA, post quality content and share it on social media sites like twitter, FB, G+ and others. Try to post 2 to 3 guest post/month.
