Are using exact keywords in URL, Title & 1st para of the article still advisable, as per the latest SEO techniques? Does Google take it as spamming or keywords stuffing?

Wikipedia does it on thousands of pages.

It's not spam mentioning the keyword in the page title, URL & once as plain text on the page.

Agree with both yukon and evcro,
If you are using your main title or introductory para, it will not be considered as spam.

It is even recommended to use your main keyword in URL, title, H1 and 1 paragraph. Just don't stuff your content with the same keywords, use latent semantic indexing keywords instead and you'll be fine.

    Hi,

Using keywords in title, URL & First paragraph in title is not not going to be spam from Google.
