A page listing question

I have a site that I am wanting to kind of put in a new direction. the problem is I have 4000 product pages. Is there a way in google webmaster or analytics to pull the existing pages from the index, prior to inserting a new batch?

    Why? use those pages as backlinks to your new ones. That is a whole lot of value that you just want to flush.

      Thanks for taking the time to answer.

      There is not enough value there to warrant the effort. basically a bunch of duplicate content ( affiliate products ) just want to flush it all out and start over.
