I can't imagine how it could be a coincidence. I had a FB ad voucher before and set up my ad account on my partners account we used with a fan page I had and added the ad voucher which worked fine....

It's not infringement cause it's fair use, if you use it the way it's set up to be used. How is it any different than Google Images? Google pulls up images from all sorts of sites and displays them...
