Launching Offline marketing tool

In a couple of weeks I will be launching my Offline Marketer's software tool that I have been using to find offline clients for the last 6 months.
The tool is like nothing on the market and is so specialised it can demand a monthly fee to use it.
I'm looking for a JV partner with a large list of offline clients who thinks they might be able to promote some software to their list.
