A Dream Opportunity - For the RIGHT Warriors...!

I'm looking for your experienced help promoting a brand new niche product called "DreamWalk for Panic Attacks". It's the first time out of the gate for this product and it therefore has no traction yet, so whoever helps get this rolling will be among the VERY FIRST.
The product is priced at $69.95. Standard 50% commission is offered on ClickBank, but I'm happy to increase it to 70% for the experienced members of WF who take me up on this offer. I'd just need to know how to do that... LOL - unfortunately am still very new to this whole game, especially when it comes to JVs and Affiliate Programs. But I'm sure any of you will be able to instruct me if you decide to help me launch this.
Once this launch is successful, we have 10 other "DreamWalks" for more psychological conditions - all equally superb.
About the Niche
Anxiety/Panic Attacks are actually a very big niche as you can easily look up (with nearly 20M sufferers in the States alone, of which some 6M have Panic Attacks). According to some sources, there's over 200M cases worldwide. The available treatments - both medicinal and alternative (ranging from therapeutic reading to herbal supplements to dietary approaches) all vary in the degree of their efficiency, but - really - they're at best 50-50. Most of them anyway. In other words: they "treat" but do not "cure." This is especially true of mainstream psychotropic drugs which, additionally, also poison.
About the Product
"DreamWalk For Panic Attacks" on the other hand is the most DIRECT way to actually cure this condition. It's not one of those fly-by-night, spur-of-the-moment products, but rather it's a work of a PhD psychologist of over 30 years. He's had a near-100% cure rate (!) using the therapy in personal sessions; around 15 years ago he developed it as an audio tape to be given to his patients as well. And it worked almost equally well as personal sessions. It's also helped someone very close to me as well - someone who's spent 15 years suffering from it and from side-effects of criminally-bad drugs, and then got cured after ONE single session with DreamWalk! So, for me, it's a double mission: commercial, yes - but also very emotional, especially that I've witnessed that it actually works like some kind of magic...!
Since then, I've helped him remaster the audio, basing on very specific timing and rhythm guidelines - and this thing is now simply an amazing tool. And then - I offered to turn it into a "product" for him... And... I think I got everything in place - just need help with the launch now.
The DreamWalk product is a 60-minute audio MP3 plus it comes with a few nice eBooks as gifts plus a 30-minute "DreamWalk Relaxation" audio.
About the Competition
There are two major competitors called "Panic Away" and "The Linden Method", neither of which have got anything on "Dreamwalk", but their respective sales have been >60,000 and >120,000 units to date!
The Linden Method has received many disparaging reviews that I've read. They're both essentially info products, nicely packaged, pretty solid content-wise actually - but ultimately, just that. Unlike DreamWalk which is a TOOL.
I've spent some time checking out other competition and have been able to find nearly 100 different products covering just about the entire self-help spectrum. I've purchased many and read up on almost all of them. Nothing stands out other than the above ones - in terms of sales at least.
And then there's the mainstream psychiatric medicine which, obviously and really sadly, totally dominates this market much to EVERYONE's detriment (except the pharma and doctors, lol). I've participated in a number of forums in this niche and some of these people are really brainwashed into taking something which kills them - and yet they keep taking it anyway. Others are jaded when it comes to "alternative" treatments, because like most of the ones I've studied - they don't CURE. They, at best, only "treat." Again - UNLIKE DreamWalk.

The main squeeze page is at http://thedreamwalk.com where people sign up for a special report (which in itself is excellent and goes way beyond other similar reports). From there, people are redirected to the "DreamWalk For Panic Attacks" pitch page and if they buy, they not only get the various bonuses but also access to the DreamWalk Newsletter (which we're LATER thinking of converting into a paid membership site, but for now, it's just a free membership site, as long as they purchase the product). I might change that policy if advised differently.
The affiliate program link is also at the bottom of the squeeze page and it's quite complete in terms of the resources we provide, I think.
No List To Speak Of
As this is our first venture into the world of IM, we have no list to speak of. In fact, I DO have a pretty large list but in a whole different niche, which I've built up over the years on another (then non-profit) membership site. I have 30,000 subscribers there (plus another 100k partial opt-ins) - but - they're not the self-help market and most are probably useless for this particular product.
Incentives
I understand that in order for you to consider helping out with something like this, you need to be well motivated. I'm trying to put myself in your shoes and I hope that what I'm offering is attractive. I'm open to suggestions, always, but here is the way I see it now:
- The product is in a HOT NICHE, based on all the research I've done so far!
- The product is GENUINE, i.e. chances of it being returned or dismissed are lower than for other products!
- A special WF offer for YOU includes a 70% commission!
- You'll be the FIRST to have this product, so if you have a powerful list that can benefit from this product (or know how to build one), you will clean out!
- You will be the FIRST in line for all the subsequent products similar to this one, including ADD/ADHD therapy, Depressions, Addictions, Phobias, and much more. Each of these sub-niches is simply HUGE. All the other DreamWalk products are priced the same, with the exception of "DreamWalk Relaxation" which is typically given away as a free gift, but if sold separately it's half the normal price (it's also only 30 minutes long).
- Working with me may have more benefits than most newbies are able to bring to the table, and I'm happy to leverage whatever it is that I'm able to do, to provide additional incentives for you, if needed. I'm specialized in music and radio and have a large list - and top level contacts - in that field. I also have a recording studio and can do productions for any purpose. I've worked with household names and have had hits, etc. Also have been syndicated on major networks in the States and other parts of the world with my radio show. Apart from that, I'm a decent web designer, copywriter, writer, and expert in a large number of niches; I speak 3 languages fluenty, 2 more passably and can read in about 20. And there's quite a bit more, but we'll leave that for as and when. If any of those talents can be useful for you in a JV/Affiliate deal with you, I'll be happy to contribute.
Unknowns
As I said, I'm not experienced at all in the JV/Affiliate area. This said, I'm 100% open to do whatever is required as long as I know what is expected. Also, in the spirit of any joint venture, I'm happy to share, contribute, work my butt off for you too - but I might need some guidance.
Conditions
If there are common practices that I need to adhere to, I'm happy to do so. For instance, I don't know "how many" WF affiliates/JV partners would be considered "enough" or "too many" - or "too few." I'm trying to inform myself about this in more depth, but I'm also looking for your guidance.
For now, until I know better, I'd like to say that I'm looking for 5 powerful partners and I will look at all the requests and select the most promising ones. Do feel free to set me straight if this approach needs adjustment (he added naively), lol...
