Location for FB Posts

Hi everyone.
I want my posts on Facebook Business Page to be visible for local audience only( the city I live and work), so what should I do to restrict the visits outside my area (my city)?

Using this:

you can specifically set targeting for the post's reach i.e. only those people will see the post in their news-feed as you set in the targeting.
However, if someone will visit your page, it will still be visible to all.

Its not an extension rather its a default option that's available in Pages
if you are having trouble in finding that option, let me know.
