Facebook for lead generation

I am looking for some help with using facebook to generate auto insurance leads for my business. I buy leads and am noticing that they are coming from facebook when I talk to the prospect. I pay $18/lead and am thinking I could generate my own way cheaper then that.

I have tried a couple newsfeed ads to my website on facebook and they never convert. Any advice would be great!

Thanks,

Jayson

    Hi Jayson L,

For your Facebook ads, did you do any testing of your ads (what is called A/B testing) to compare different versions of your ad in order to see which version performs better? That way, you can have a good idea of which version converts better & proceed to use & improve that version further.

In terms of getting leads, not too sure whether you're using landing pages to capture the leads off Facebook? If not, you can consider creating a unique, dedicated landing page on your website just for the purpose of capturing leads from Facebook, & use Facebook ads as a way of driving traffic directly to that landing page. It would be more cost-effective in the long run than buying leads.

There have also been a couple of new software plugins that came out recently, which allows you to actually create landing pages within your Facebook newsfeed itself. So if you're keen, I can provide you the direct URL for you to check out them as well?

    Hi Jayson,

If it's lead generation you're interested in, I'd recommend sending them to a squeeze page rather than your Facebook page.

Also, you might want to try PPV. It works awesome for lead generation

My fav PPV networks are Trafficvance and LeadImpact.
