Landing page tips

I am new to this forum, and to Facebook marketing. I would like to do a Facebook ad with a landing page to my website. However, at this time, I do not want to sign up for a monthly service like leadpages. Are there any free landing page templates or where can I find resources on how to make my own?

And are there any special guidelines when giving e-list, e-tips for the initial free offer? I want to make it easy to read and have the appropriate graphics. I am in the travel business.

    I am assuming that you wish to launch a Facebook ad campaign sending your traffic straight to the landing page of your website. Is this correct? If so...

    Make your landing page (or site) using Weebly. The upgraded options are superb but the free version of it will get the job one....whether you want to make a full website, or just a page. If you're not familiar with them you will love their drag and drop technology.

    Guidelines I would add is to definitely use graphics in your follow up. But PRIOR to your initial offer I would build rapport then gradually move into why you are an authoritative figure. Focus on educating and NOT selling as you scare away prospects like that.

    While designing landing page, one should avoid these landing page blunders:

    Bad headline: A headline is the main thing that conveys your message to the users. It is very important to have a clear heading on page which completely gives the whole information for which your landing page is created for.

    If you are adding too much information in a single landing page, that can cause confusion among users in finding the actual product you are selling.
    Weak Layout: A weak layout means your landing page does not have relevant images, CTAs and content.
    If you form are too complicated and long to fill then this can also cause landing page blunder

    If you don't want services like leadpages or clickfunnels then you would have to rely on coders and fiverr and I really believe those options would be any better than getting an account at leadpages or clickfunnels
