How can i change the facebook page URL

Hello friends i want your suggestions about facebook page Url. actually i was changed my facebook page url but now i want to change my fb page url but it is not changing so guys what i do?

    I think this option is allowed when you have certain number of likes. How many likes you have at the moment?
    Why do you need to change that? If you posted your old FB page URL to other sites that could be a situation when with new URL you will lose all your previous efforts.

      Actually my problem is that, I have 2 pages on facebook of the one website which is related to web designing and development. My first FB page has 1,749 likes and second FB page has 112 likes.
      Most of the Facebok page url which has low likes used in the business listing. so please tell me which Facebook page should i promote?

        Just head here facebook.com/username and select the page you want to set up your custom URL for (Facebook refers to these as usernames).

        You can only change each page name once so make sure you double check everything before you submit. You can also checkout Facebook's help section for more information on usernames: https://www.facebook.com/help/329992603752372
