Same Content on lots of Website

Hello Friends,

I am seeing that lost of sharing content on social network like (funny Videos, photo, Actress gallery etc) I have seen more than 20 Domains using same content so i want to know is this a script ? that can be use for any domain ?
for example woophoop.in
