Instagram followers, how in the world do they get so many?

Just browsing Instagram and noticing that some accounts have like 29k followers or more but they have only made 2 dozen or so posts, how do they grow their accounts so fast?

      Yes it could be either one of those options. If they look like they spam they probably bought the followers. If they look legit and their other social media platforms have quality content they probably build up a good following over time and their fans follow them on more than one social media platform.

    Agree, they might have bought the followers. Have a look at their photos and check how much engagement they have. If they don't have much, then the followers are probably bought.

    Well, and for the ones that genuinely have that many followers with just a few posts, they might have had a previous successful account, or have deleted lots of past photos, or are somehow famous in their niche, or just have an amazing wall and were quite lucky.

    Ive mentioned this in other discussions on here but shoutouts from large accounts is the easiest way to get a large following.

    Pair that with an automation tool like http://boostgram.com or http://followliker.com and you should see an increase in followers of 3000-10000 real followers per month.

    Gaining followers over Instagram is not very tuff all you need is a little followers base and daily engagement.

    Best method would be to get some fake followers to appear as an influential account and then go for some shoutouts make sure to post images daily in between that time and gain some likes/comments over the posts. Following this would really help you in gaining followers with ease.

    If you're a business never buy fake followers, it's pointless. Social media is about being social so you just need to do that. Interact with your competitors followers (potential customers). Like and comment on their photos and maybe even give them a follow, more than likely they will follow you back.

    Buying followers is the fools way of looking popular.

    Getting your Posts viral(explore page) is by far the most effective way to gain Natural followers and real engagement. There are a few tips and tricks to tickle the Instagram algorhytm.. Getting likes from big pages, post content thats on explore page already. Joining like/comment groups is a good way to improve your chances.. Just Network within your niche. Ask other accounts with a lot of comments if they dont have a few like/comment groups you can join.

    NEVER buy followers. You can easily tell fake vs real following and so can brands so your account is practically worthless even if you have 100k fake followers who are not engaged at all. Better spend your time in following accounts you genuinely like and engaging with them and others based on your niche and hashtags. this single strategy took my account from 1000 to 16k followers.

      I can do that, I like doing that anyway, so how long did it take you?

      Any other details, like how do I find good not generic hashtags that relate to my business, do you just engage naturally or set a schedule of commenting/following? Stuff like that...thanks!!!

      I wouldn't say an account with 100k fake followers is worthless. I have a few accounts that generate good money for me with fake followings. I supplement the fake follower count with fake likes and fake comments, which makes the page look much better to visitors.

    Well unless if that instagram account holder is some sort of a celebrity then he/she can easily gain followers of this much quantity with limited number of posts. Other than that most of the time it's fake and there are a lot of buy in's involved . Therefore it's better not to fall for that.

    I got a lot of followers on my Instagram accounts (All in cool niches) by using Influencer Marketing and Shoutouts. I contacted Instagram influencers in my niche, well not the biiiig ones, but influencers who had a nice following, and asked them their price for "promoting" my instagram account.

    Buying some "followers" to begin with will be good, so your prospects ill think you have a popular channel.

    It cost to do influencer marketing, but they are real followers and they do convert well on targeted cpa offers.

    It´s a nice income stream having a few Instagram accounts - $50 a day +... Some days low other days booming.

    Having many smaller income streams set up is a very cool thing, and Instagram is awesome for that.
