I have found that liking and commenting on other peoples images one of the best ways to get new followers. Also make sure your account has great images and a full bio with keywords related to your niche.

The whole follow to get followed strategy is fine IF you know who to follow of course. Some accounts are simply full of inactive followers. If you've been following for a few days with little response i would say move on as you may have a duff account.

I see you saying you have loads of accounts? Why? Do you have loads of businesses? Compacting your followers to one account will be much easier for you to maintain and for your followers and potential followers to know who you are and what you do.

For start be sure to be providing value on your account. Then find new people, heart 3-4 of their pics/videos, then you can leave a comment that is complementing their page (only if you actually like it) then ask them to check out your profile and follow if the got value from it.

A shoutout can get you REAL followers fast but the price of shoutouts has been climbing and depending on the niche can get a little expensive now. The cheapest method I have found is the good old shoutout for shoutout which is similiar to adswaps like used in list building this method is totally free but It can take a bit of searching to find accounts that have a similiar following size to you but now you can use a site like shoutoutpost.com to find people to do swaps with.

The cheapest paid method is to use the web based automation tool for Instagram called Instagress but you have to set it up right. I have been using Instagress for like 2 years I think now and never had an issue and never lost an Instagram account from using them.
