Cannot Login In To FB

Hey Guys,

This would be the place to ask this question..

I recently took advantage a product launch, for a facebook app and facebook
freaked out and did not think I was, who I was, and asked about 10 security questions,
even, to a 'gov ID" photo and sent it to them and.... got a 'we'll review the photo and get back to you'.

It's been over 72 hours...can't seem to contact support, except through another account, through the 'fb community'

Anybody experience this? How long does it take for review?

    Don't you find it interesting, that Facebook is one of the largest websites, on the planet, and yet, they don't want to talk to you or give you support. Of course, they want the 'community' to answer your questions, until you can't find someone who has the same issue (well, I guess here on this forum too).

    How do you run a website without, some type of connection in support? Yet, even when your paying for Facebook ads, they can either accept or reject your ads without explanation. Amazing!

    • Im already waiting for 1 week for a new respons. Account has been blocked 2 months already.. they just dont reply on the email where they asj to reply to

  • Facebook finally responded and reactivated my account, I was about to give up on it. Bad experience.. I added an 'auto poster', which wasn't tested or secured and almost killed my account. Won't be doing that again..

  • Yeah, when you send alot of time making posts, joining groups, etc. then, one stupid app, that looks suspicious to facebook, it could be locked out for good.

    It took over a week to get my account back. I tried to contact them thru twitter @facebook, I tried fb community, through another account, and really didn't think anyone would care or respond.

    So they opened it up and said I could not create apps...indefinitely!
  • i have a facebook app myself using logins havent had any problems yet but i think its better to spam twitter versus facebook
  • I was almost in the same boat as you. I used ToolsStar auto poster and I got put in Facebook jail almost immediately! Luckily they didn't entirely shut down my account, just stopped me from posting for 3 days. I now use Pilot Poster and not had a problem! Lol, well yet! Hope that doesn't jinx me!

    Yep, I am still waiting to see if I hear back from Facebook (over month now), en regards to my question of why exactly they banned me. I don't think they will get a response.
