Posting Ads in Social Media For A Fee Allowed?

One of my clients with a large following in social media is being approached to post ads for other companies in their timeline. The posts would be disclosed as ads or promotions. Is that within the terms of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc?

If so, are there specific words that are required in the disclosure?

At Facebook you can post ads. I think at twitter you need to be seen as being a true recommendation to be an effective ad method.

I am interested in the answer to this too, using something like: "Paid Ad: Buy Water at h20.com"

I think, for now, it is internal. I mean, it's between the owner of the account and the other company. Facebook has not checked that out yet. For Twitter, you have to have a verified account. On Instagram, it's fine.
