    Hello!
    As far as I know, to change the time zone on facebook ads, you must deactivate your current account and then create a new one.

    The user above is correct. You'll have to create a new account, that's why it's imperative to select the right time zone upon signing up for a Facebook ad account.

    To change the time zone for your ad account:
    Go to Ads Manager.
    Click Menu
    Select Settings. You may need to re-enter your password.
    In the Ad Account Setup section, find Time Zone and click Change Time Zone.
    Click Create New Account.
    The default time zone for new ad accounts is Pacific Standard Time (PST), so make sure your ad account's time zone is correct before you create new campaigns.
