Looking for a Follow Up App for Facebook

Hi All,
Does anyone know of a good follow up app for Facebook?

I do Facebook Marketing and speak to a lot of people on Messenger.
I am looking for an app or similar that I can log my conversations and get 'follow up' reminders.

Well, I have been using ELMessenger Pro, it basically allows you to put tags to people and then filter based on that.
You can also broadcast to people with certain tags, make some notes about your contacts for future use, and many additional things.
It has its glitches here and there, but it definitely is a time saver.

do a google search for "chatbots" or "chatbots for facebook" Lots of options and tutorials available
