account is over 10 years old, all original content, no violations, no restrictions, over 120k followers

the account was doing so well this whole time, then it just lost all of it's reach, I got meta verified and they just say there is nothing wrong with the account

but something is wrong, it went from 1000s a day sometimes over 10,000 per day to basically nothing

I would just delete fb but that is where I was getting 90% of my income

is it possible for someone to attack the account with bots or mass report it?

is it possible to fix this? please help, thank you

I'm sorry that happened but ICYMI - There has been a rule in internet
marketing for a number of years NOT to build up your business on FB
or any of the other social medias for the very reason you described:

You wake up one morning and your account has been banned, closed,
    hacked or whatever.

And definitely not to build your FB group or other social media account
as your sole source of income.

My advice is to set up your own platform somewhere, such as a website
or another more stable paid platform, and recover as much information
as possible from all those followers that you had.

Hopefully you got everybody's email address.

Otherwise, get over it and get busy building your business back up and
don't put all your eggs in one basket again. It's called having multiple
streams of income for a reason.

As we seein' now more'n evah, 'platforms' are whereya step out & climb up with yr very feeyit.

Way too much tech has now assoomed the position of mandatory arbitah.

      Which begs the question always:

      WHAT IS YR NACHRL JUICE?

thanks for replying, I have contacted support through my business manager several times, they went though everything and there is nothing technically wrong with my account

but something has gone wrong with the algorithm and my account is marked as harmful and/or engaging in some type of abuse like falsifying comments

but I am not a marketer, I am a designer, and all I do is post my designs normally and respond to comments normally

my designs are 100% family friendly, there's nothing wrong with what I'm doing, support confirmed that my content is fine...

but the algorithm is seeing something wrong, they said

It doesn't matter whether you are a marketer or a designer, if you are doing
business online, you wear a number of hats and have multiple skills.

Even if this FB issue is resolved, who knows when something untoward
        might happen again.

See my post above and have a Plan B in place so that you can access all
        those followers you have established.

thank you, yes definitely, I do have a mailing list, and I'm building on insta, bsky, etc.

my main question is, could this be bots? one other poster says "Someone might have put some sort of script in to cause you problems" and fb support said it was a "bug"

so I'm hoping someone has some info on that

Have you reached out to Facebook? Someone might have put some sort of script in to cause you problems. https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/228813257197480

thanks, that's what I'm wondering, is that possible? how do I find out what's happening?

I was able to contact fb support and they went though everything several times and said nothing is wrong with my account, no restrictions, no violations, content is good

then they passed it on to their engineers saying it's a bug in the algorithm and said I'd hear back in 24 hours twice but I never heard back

I have it now passed on to "specialized services" and I was again supposed to hear back within 48 hours but it's been 5 days and I haven't heard anything just automated messages saying that they are still working on it

is there anything I can do to try and find out if there is a bot or script doing something to my account?

      thank you!

A sudden drop in Facebook interactions could be due to changes in algorithm, reduced engagement, or shadow banning. Try posting more engaging content using relevant hashtags, and interacting with your audience.

Maybe you have sold too much through Facebook. Put links in articles, Spam sales content too much.
