Taking the Bait on Pinterest
I'm one of those guys who is curious to learn everything (as I am sure is a common trait here) and am ready to check out/work with Pinterest. My current impression of the site paints a picture in my mind of fashion, recipes, artwork, etc... however I admit to never actually using the site, so my mindset may be totally wrong!
My company is all about Business Coaching and developing entrepreneurs, so I feel like I could not be further away from what my mental image of the site is. I make my own images for my FB page, so I guess I will start there and see where it goes.
My high-level strategy and intention is to see if I can use Pinterest to drive traffic back to my FB page and/or main site. As far as I can tell, I have nothing to sell that would go there. I'm very curious to see how this works out and will post back here as things progress. I have no idea speed/impact using this site, so it may be days or weeks, but I will post back here - good or bad.
Any best practices/tips for using Pinterest as a traffic driver (not looking for sales, only traffic)? I have read through the various threads so far, and hope to be able to add here as well.
