    What difference does it make where do the purchased likes come from ( except the fact that us likes are more expensive)? These aren't going to be customers so why not from Europe or Asia?

    I agree, do it naturally and organically. There are some marketers who use "bribes" such as contests to get likes. FB itself also sells sponsored pages ads, which may be a way to get lots of likes fast without breaking the rules. I haven't used these strategies, though, so I'm not sure about them.
