Facebook Ads Account Hacked?

Hello, I have a Facebook Ads account and all has been fine for months until now.

I just got 3 emails:

4:54pm Facebook Ads Alert: Account Disabled
Facebook Ads Team <advertise-noreply@support.facebook.com>
"Hi [my name],
Your Facebook Ads account has been disabled. All of your ads have been suspended ........."

4:57pm Message from Facebook Ads
Facebook <noreply@facebookmail.com> <<--- SPAMMY
"Hi, Facebook will not tolerate behavior that users may find annoying or abusive........."

My Ads account has indeed been disabled, however all my Ads were within the guidelines (and are always manually approved anyway). I do advertise supplements but they are fine normally if you stick to the guidelines.

What is extremely suspicious is the second email. It is spam, but what is the coincidence of it coming in right at the same time as the genuine emails from Facebook? Is it a hacker that tried dozens of logins to kill my account or something like that?

I appreciate any help, as my business has come to a halt without FB Ads running, and I can't even talk to them to find out what the problem is.

Thank you

Further, when I login to my Ads Manager in Facebook it says:

    "Ad Manager Error

Your ads account has recently been flagged because of unusual activity. For security reasons, any ads you're running will be paused until you can confirm your account information by contacting Facebook.

Click here to return to the Ads Manager"

I am not sure if this has anything to do with what you are experiencing, but they may be the usual Facebook ad error that most users are getting as of the moment. I learned from other warriors that Facebook is currently debugging. But you can just contact Facebook about it to get a more accurate solution.

I would contact Facebook about it and make a new Facebook profile with a new Facebook ad account at the same time. Usually it is fastest to just create a new ad account as compared to trying to salvage an old one!
