Travel agency start-up looking for recruiting assistant. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS for applying for this position: -Fluent English speaker. -Fluent in reading and writing English. - Post job ads (online and offline) - Evaluate resumes and Skype-interview candidates - Set appointments with best candidates for meeting with General Manager -Must be available to work within the time range of 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, in United States, Pacific Time Zone (PST), but available as needed. -Must have a phone number within the United States -Must also be able to communicate through Skype and email also. -A background of work experience in Business Management -A background of work experience in Human Resources Management -Must be able to effectively manage and monitor employees who are making sales calls to customers Please only reply if you are able to start on short notice. |
