I need a set of articles written.

Subject: gluten-free diet
Style: conversational, easy to speak out loud - important.
Size: size of the articles will have to vary since the topics are different.
Audience: American women. Age 30+
Summary: The articles will be answers to quite simple questions. You will need to do a little research when writing, but most of information is available online using a simple search.
