Need Manual Setup for an Admin Panel for a phpMySQL database

Hi! I purchased a classified ad script and have the page set up and the database, except for the Admin panel for the MySQL database itself. It requires manual setup. It is a little intimidating to me as I usually just market and don't have much experience in the setup of things, but I'm learning.

I've not done this before and don't have tons of time to do it. Have no idea what to offer as payment, so kindly shoot me a price and we'll talk.

If you're trying to learn too and don't feel real confident, you probably won't want the headache, so experienced Warriors only please.
