This is ONLY for those familiar with InfusionsSoft only... No one else, sorry

Ok, here is what I need.


#1- A notice to be sent to our fulfillment house whenever someone orders certain products of ours. We sell both physical and digital products so whenever someone orders certain physical products I need a notice to be sent to our fulfillment house so that they can ship that order out (even if the customer orders c combination of physical and digital products).

I DO NOT want our fulfillment house to get a notice on digital items and I want to be able to set which items they get a notice on so when we add new products I can do it myself.


#2- Once they are ready to ship an order, I want the fulfillment house to be able to go into our account and add tracking numbers and then have the customer receive an email and/or text message notice containing their tracking numbers and how to track their orders

#3- I want all orders that are shipped to be marked as "Shipped" so that we are not shipping the same orders over again by mistake

#4- Depending on what item is ordered, the fulfillment house will also include a postcard insert along with the order.. But that is only when certain items are ordered... For example if customer orders item A then the fulfillment house is supposed to insert a postcard in the order that promotes item B.. BUT if the customer orders item A AND B at the same time the fulfillment house should insert the postcard that promotes item C, and if the customer orders both A, B and C at the same time then the fulfillment house would either NOT insert any post card or they would insert the next on in the series (if we have one available for them to insert)


This is a very fun and simple project so please bid reasonably...

By the way we had someone who created a series of upsells for us last year but I lost his contact info... If you are out there we would love to work with you again... But also open to others that are just as knowledgeable and fair in pricing.

P.S. After this project I would also like to work on another which uses Infusionsoft to send out physical postcards and text messages, voice blast etc to our customers and prospects, so hopefully we can work on that together as well
