I'm looking for someone who has successsful experience on Flippa, with listing and selling websites..

Here's the deal:

I'm very good at building profitable Micro Niche Sites that I can rank on google #1 easily.. I'm building Amazon sites, adsense sites, Clickbank sites, CPA sites ...
These sites can make realisticly $100/month very soon..

I know these sites can easily be sold on Flippa for $400-500 as a brand new sites with a huge potential, whe you know what you are doing.. when you know how to create excellent listing, description of listing , etc..

Obviously, I'm good at building profitable websites, but I'm not good at making a great profitable listing on Flippa, so I'm looking for someone who will be my Flippa Listing Manager, working for a percentage of sale price..

I would share with you profits in 6:4 ratio.. so you would get 40% of sale price, which is not bad at all..
You do the math if we sell a site for $500.. or higher, what is very realistic if you are good at listing

Your job would be to list sites I build, monitor them, answer to potential buyers, suggest me what sites to build, and in the end, to collect your share of sale..

The better listing you create, the higher price we will get, and your earning potential is growing with every bid placed..

I am a little puzzled...you already manage to make sites AND rank them....and you have problems listing them on flippa?

I mean..you already did all the important work. In my personal opinion, flippa is NOT a place where someone puts "catchy sales letters" to market a site.

This is how you recognize newbs on flippa. If you have a good site with established rankings and traffic AND preferably revenue....a serious buyer doesnt need a hyped up "sales letter style" Flippa listing to consider buying. They KNOW usually what a site is worth based on facts and data, NOT on some "great listing". You focus on irrelevant things, IMO.

I also don't think that your problems (if you have any) selling sites are coming from the way how you LIST your site - i mean what is there to do? You describe your site, upload the stats and proof for rankings etc. You only need to "hard sell" your site if your site in reality is less worth than what you want it to sell..but then only newbies would fall for this.

I agree with what you said 100%, but I have a different situation here..

I sold all of my sites(which I wanted to sell) on flippa just the way you described, and that's ok with me.. all those sites were established sites, and had a good traffic stats, earnings proof etc.. I know I could sell them for much bigger price, but I was satisfied with what I got for them..

Now, I don't have anymore established sites with stats and earnings proof, but I'm in need of some quick cash for an ongoing project I'm involved in with my partners, so I want to get cash by selling brand new adsense micro niche websites in short auctions of three days..

I know these kind of sites can sell very well, and I don't have time to wait them to become established sites with traffic and income stats and proofs..

That's my main reason I need someone with selling experience there to get this thing going..
