Hi Warriors,

I am looking to hire a skilled video producer to create approximately 20 support videos to help customers use my companies services (domains and web hosting).

We have previously created videos inhouse but do not have the time resources to continue to do this hence we are looking for a long term partner to help us grow this aspect of our customer support.

A high level overview of the project is as follows:

• I am looking to hire someone to make clear instructional videos on how to use our products.
• No voiceover will be required
• A written guide will be provided to help base the video from
• Speech bubbles will need to be used to describe specific actions to viewers
• These videos should be 2-3 minutes long.
• $40/$50 will be paid per video which is produced within defined standards.
  

You must be willing to learn how our services work so you can put yourself in the shoes of an experience user. To be honest most of the guides will be focused around setting up email addresses for domains, creating web forwarding for domains, how to use filezilla for web hosting, etc. Most of this tasks are those which I would imagine the large majority of warriors will be very familiar with.
Our company has a bespoke control panel to help customers achieve most of these tasks and the CP is quite straightforward but something which the producer who works with us will need to understand completely.

I must see examples first before I can discuss further details and provide interested parties with an example of a video we produced inhouse to highlight the standard we are expecting.
