It is definitely not instant
it takes a little while and a little work
not hard work but this is not some push button magic system
Once all the prep work is done the leads are instant within minutes or hours of your post going live.

The leads will be most likely opting into a list that is what I recommend.
You can then prospect them in a follow up series of emails with videos, case studies etc

The leads are coming to you already trusting you. You just need to find out what they need that you can provide.
