JQuery based mobile real estate template needed.

I have a client who wants a mobile site, jQuery based template that his clients can input their own real estate info into. He wants this designed for iPhone. There would be 4 pages..... home, with links to contact, details, and pictures. Ideally, the picture page would have a thumbnail slider that viewers could tap on any thumbnail and the pic would appear larger. The home page would be coded to allow clients to upload a linked image of their company at the top, then a main pic of the real estate property below that, then address, pricing. One of the most important things he wants is it to be an eye catching design. No plain white background. I think a nice real estate themed background with link buttons with opacity, where the background can be seen through the link buttons would be ideal.

My client already has the website and a few templates, but is not satisfied with the quality of the templates, that's why he's turned to me.
