Help with Email Marketing, Email Design, Etc..

I am currently trying to find someone I can pay to teach me effective ways to email market with what I have got. I do not build my own lists but I am CAN-SPAM Compliant with all the necessary fields in the data feeds I get, so I kind of want someone who has coached or has worked with that before. I don't know how much this usually goes for with 1-1 coaching, but I will pay above fair market price. My emails are appalling to say the least, but I am just trying to follow the non-deceptive ways of email marketing.
