Need Experienced Niche Site Builder

We are looking for an experienced Niche site builder who can guarantee first page search results. Please do not apply for this job if you don’t have experience in building Niche sites.

We will start you off with one-three site's and if you are able to rank that site on page one of Google this could lead to a long term relationship with ongoing sites to be built.

Budget for first site's is around $85.00+ but may increase over time; that depends on the quality of work.

What’s required from you

Start to finish website development that includes the following;

• EXCELLENT Keyword research
• SEO
• LSI (very important)
• WP set up
• Article writing (pre-sell/review writing)
• Social Bookmarking
• Link building
• Youtube
Could be more....

**I will provide more detailed instructions once I have assigned the work.

Haha same question in my mind.. Unless the keywords are like "why did I visit this thread and spent 5 minutes reading?" it is not worth the time.

Well for niche based website and to rank well - I suggest to raise your price upto $200-$250 per niche.

Sorry m8 you pay peanuts and you get monkeys. However even monkeys would prob laugh at that offer.

Check the rest of the forum. People are paying others $85 just for the backlinking services to rank their existing sites.

$85 LOL good luck. How about build it yourself, rank your keywords, and then tell us how much it's worth....please go elsewhere with that low price. Thanks if you agree it's way too low.
