Looking for Google PPC and Facebook PPC manager

Hi

Been looking around the net to find a good but extremely cost effective PPC campaign manager for both Google and Facebook.
All the companies I came across seem to be geared towards big business charging hundreds per campaign.
There does not seem to be anyone targeting smaller and even micro sized businesses to help them with their PPC so that they can GROW IN THE FIRST PLACE! Because i figure, if someone is good at PPC they will be able to turn around the fate of any website (as long as the product and landing page is good, of course, which in my case it is).

Anyone out there who offers a professional service at very small prices? (again, if you manage to generate more income for me, you will be rewarded accordingly), preferably with a money back guarantee (no point paying someone to do a PPC campaign and then paying them for failure!

Hello, I am working with a very experienced company in PPC managment. One of the guys was one of the first 10 Certified Google Adwords guys. Everyone charges a management fee, and we would be a hair less then the 15% to 20% that others normally charge.

A few notes for you if someone is good at ppc / they make money why would they spend time working for nickles n dimes

Which then leads to a pro willing to work at very small prices ? why would they sell out for greater returns and less head fright.

Money back guarantee if its a failure ? you are aware many campaigns can run at a loss while the rubbish is sorted, so why would a pro give up $ for pennies and then swap out their time on a bang or bust give me my money back while i have a jump up n down do diddy.

Why don't you just do this yourself? Perry Marshall's Adwords Guide is one of the best course out there on PPC.
