I would like to have an email campaign sent to a quality niche business related list. I will provide the email with links, you send the email to your list. It will promote a series of business related eBooks.

The niche is anyone employed in:

Supply Chain
Logistics
Transport
Warehousing etc

The list needs to be opt in compliant. You need to be able to customise the list so we can be assured it goes to the right people.

Only looking to target USA, Canada, UK at this stage. maybe other countries later.

I would like to test and measure the results of each campaign, so we might do 10,000 addresses in each blast. And we need to make sure no one is duplicated. i.e. If they get sent an email in blast 1, then don't get one in blast 2.

I will only hire someone who has a track record (verifiable) of providing a high quality service of this type.

I did B2B sales, and generated my own leads, I know where to find the information on the company if its "qualified" or not, I used to generate 1000 or so on my train ride home from work 1hr 15 minutes long, if your looking for e-mails, or phone #s or someone to sell it for you I am a one stop shop. I quit my B2B job when I brought in almost 2 million in new bussines in my first 6months, when there where 6 people there who had worked about 2 years longer than me and brought in 0 in new sales, and I ended up getting screwed out of over 15-20g easy, and I still get calls about 2 years later begging me to come back and work (I commuted 7hrs round trip, worked 9-11hr days 5-6 days a week btw.) From experience, this is just from my own, and another person I know who sells a product specifically with non-profit Org. that tried e-mail blasting, and the results didn't even come close to phone calls, especially if enough businesss report it as spam it prevents you from sending it. The only way to get a B2B sale done is to be persistant and call them over and over till they make sure to take the time to hear you out, unlike selling to a household over the phone, (you get excuses like I have to think it over, and I have to ask my wife..etc...) with B2B the #1 and pretty much only excuse is I am busy working you are going to have to call back, and the reason I made so many sales, was I would call every hour (unless a pre-set time was made) untill I got them to do what I needed them to do, which took about an hour plus filling out paper work, and faxing in documentation, if its just pitching a product that's easy. You get a decent list together, then you go at it, I live in the USA, but I have sold in the UK, and Canada (UK is the easiest by far, its like people are afraid to say no and hang up lol). O and FYI there is B2B lead brokers, that will sell you leads cheap the non-exclusive (because 90%) of b2b is cash advances or CC processor brokers, so they are a couple cents a lead, and you can get the exact type of businesses you want, and there email, phone #, gross sales estimate from a year before, and just do your research, and find a legit broker, who will be willing to replace/refund duplicates or disconnected emails/phone #s.

Thats my .02, I cant even design a facebook page well, but I could sell facebook pages to Tom from myspace lol.

***I bet you, you can find em cheap from a broker in south florida, you can get any leads down there, I knew a kid who buy the sweepstakes entry leads and call people who entered and told people they needed to send $2,000 or more to claim the $100,000 prize for international processing fees (he was in Jamaica), and he told me on a bad day 1/10 people would fall for that, It amazes me through phone sales (I had 1 month in a boiler room) where people keep falling for the same scam but with different wordng lol.
