Silo Constructor/Video Ranker

I am wanting to promote a product that prevents falls, ankle pain, foot arthritis, and things of that nature. I also do diabetic shoes. Both are paid through the government. The product has already been developed. They are devices offered through the Medicare DME program.
It is a high paying conversion.
I'm wanting for someone to construct a Wordpress site built around ankle bracing via the silo sg to bring the person in on the profits, as this will be a long term website that will need to stay atop the rankings. The site MUST be built around a site structure. I can provide learning material on that if requested.
I am willing to pay an hourly rate while the site is being constructed.
While this is going on, I am going to make a short 3-5 minute video on the casting procedure, what the brace looks like, and things of that nature. This will need to be ranked as well.
Please submit what hourly rate you are willing to work for, and what percentage of the back end profits you would settle for.
While this is being bid on, I will decide on several domain name possibilities based on the keyword research I do.
