Looking for a little help

I need someone familiar with payvment on FB. I am using the free version for twelve products I manufacture. I cannot get it to function and process orders. So consequently have lost some business. Have not been able to find another source for help so counting on one of you.

Also need assistance uploading same products on to Amazon. Account is set up but apparently not allowing me to add new product for some reason. If you can assist or show me what I need to do I would be quite happy.
