Wanted: Information on creating US phone numbers for CL PVAs

Hello,

I am looking for someone with knowledge on how to create and cheaply maintain US based forwarded phone numbers. I am not looking to purchase PVAs or monthly phone numbers from providers. I am looking to create and maintain my own block of US based phone numbers and to learn what it takes to do so. Phone numbers must work with CL pva verification and have the ability to be forwarded. Obviously, my education will come with your compensation. Please let me know if you can help me out. Thank you for your time.
