Our leaders have been in the SEO industry for many many years, and we have been told many times by our customers that our customer support is just amazing. Our customers have even posted on our thread (unsolicited, mind you) just to praise our work and support. As such, we refuse to outsource our support desk to a place like oDesk or other same such freelancing sites, because it’s just too important to our business. Now that is where you come in. (horns blaring!!!)

You’ll provide world-class, friendly, helpful, and detailed support via E-Mail and Skype and our private Chat channel. You’ll be responsible for activating new customer purchases, helping remotely with installations, maintaining and improving existing services, and being always positive and optimistic.

We know that this position will require training and support, and we're willing to invest in the right persons. You have a team behind you, including a general manager, a technical support contact, and the founder & President! You will not be alone.
