I need Internet Marketing help!

Hello Everyone!

I'm apart of a real estate investment group located in Edmonton, Canada. I've been put in charge with doing internet marketing for our projects. Hopefully selling them online to people in my local city/area. I was hoping there would be a warrior out there that has some experience in internet marketing real estate investment that could I could hire tohelp me out! We have some capital that we will be able to use for advertising.

An example of one of our projects is Bentley at Prestigious Windsor Park > Home. They are condos we are selling the condos and shares for. Within 2-3 years, the return on he initial investment is about 45-50%.

Any kind of tips would be appreciated as well!

Start by creating a profile of your ideal customer. All of your marketing should flow from that definition. You also need to have a clear sense of what it is you are offering (the promise). At the moment the site example is very bare and there are no real emotional triggers that speak to "why" someone should jump on board.

The whole thing is a process with lots of connecting parts. Sit down with your marketer and work these things out then execute.

I suggest go for advertising in Google and facebook

The best and fastest way is through PPC campaigns. We could generate high quality leads which you need to convert physically. It is very rare that someone would buy property without looking at it, the surroundings and the legal documentation

Jason, Marketing/Internet Marketing is an Umbrella Term. I would suggest video marketing, because people love to watch videos and you can easily grab attention of your potential prospects. PPC is also a good way to kick start your marketing but it requires you to have complete understanding of PPC (I would highly recommend investing only in Google AdWords not in Facebook PPC).

Start working on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and don't forget to work on Twitter. Let me know if you need any help with your marketing.
