I run a small company dedicated to delivering value to our clients using all forms of internet marketing, including the creation of websites, content, design elements - whatever it takes to get people calling/filling out the form/coming in for a free consultation etc....

We have used SEO companies, individuals, systems, for SEO related stuff for various clients and I find that quality varies.

We have PPC elements setup and can have our PPC expert do anything needed in that area. If your a pro with PPC as well, mention that because perhaps we can cut down the team to being just you if you are very experienced, and you will be able to request packages/work based on needs and goals for various clients.

Social Media - content generation - content distribution - video creation (faq. saq.)

Manage and integrate the creation and bringing into the campaign - Landing pages, new keyword groups, new sub-niches within the target market.

This is not a job for someone who wants me to give you a list of 10 keywords and basically spoon feed your job to you. Yes, I do keyword research myself with my partner before closing with a client to see if their market can succeed with internet marketing done correctly.

Using long term strategy of: Branding, building trust and authority, communication with visitors through various portals (facebook, linkedin, expertanswers, google local, forums, etc etc...), Good content and rotation, getting mentioned on high profile sites (like new york times, or toronto star), backlinking, general SEO stuff...

and using additional PPC/Adwords/Paid advertisments as needed perhaps also using google display ads and banners sometimes that go to specifically crafted landing pages
-to send all kinds of relevant, Geo targeted visitors to our clients offerings and having them convert.

By us Conversion Optimization is the long term name of the game. It covers everything as an umbrella with the directed focus of:

For client A what should be done to get conversions through the door? Same for client B,C, etc..

This means we look at the website, possibly re-do it if needed, upgrade it, tweak it, and monitor all the changes using systems like:
crazyegg and optimizely

Basically what I'm saying is, I need someone who is good at running IM campaigns with access to both writers and any resource you may need/request for us to do a good job. For example we tried for a bit to have someone doing SEO for us, and in addition to that, I would purchase a few packages from thehoth, and in combination we saw some decent traffic and rankings. However ranking are only meaningful if by ranking it means more sales for our clients. Everything we do is geared towards bringing ROI, and value to our clients.

You should have the skillset to be able to accurately predict what it would take in terms of time and effort for us to get 'clients walking through the door' even if only in small amounts at first - but you MUST be able to understand all the various components and how they interact ultimately bringing a customer to our clients door.

At this time we are at the breakthrough point. We are about to break through, as in close 2-3 new clients based on referrals from happy clients, which starts the trend of having an established name amongst business owners. Right now its me, my partner, and we have various resources we work with. Designers, developers, PPC people, landing page creators. I also humorously enough find myself checking out really interesting little gigs on fiverr that sometimes can add a unique twist or punch to a page and increase conversions.

With all this in mind we plan in the next few months to have a strong paying secure position for an extremely talented and valuable member of our team.

As of right now - we are open to finding that new fit.

Our previous friend mysteriously disappeared. I know there was flooding where he lived so I can only hope he did not get killed in a flood, GD forbid!

So anyone who wants to contact me about this position should with their first and opening message to me by whatever medium demonstrate that we are eye-to-eye.

For example. What is the site us pros use to gather citation sources? it starts with a w.

What source do we use in the industry for looking up accurate backlinking information?

What do we use for basic keyword research. What do we use often times to track the seo campaigns monthly and generate reports for our clients to highlight positive developments?



There are probably multiple answers for each but my partner and I are familiar with all of it, as you should be.


For an example about how we work and think:

after much research it appears that eban pagans dyd landing page has one of the best conversion rates around. He seems to have figured out a really good way to get people to move in from visitor to customer.

So we say company wide as a standard we first look at that as the template we will use for a landing page, and upgrade/change/try something else after considering if it would be good.

We need not decent, but compelling videos to really capture the attention of clients. I know 1 man who is excellent in IM will not be spending his time creating videos - but I need that IM guy to work with me and my partner to decide who/what/when/where we should do for videos so we maximize our investment and schedule things in sync so campaigns can get turned on quickly.

So want to know about my clients? Only vague info here.

We are located locally in Ontario, Canada, however we are ready to work with clients internationally.

so far our clients are local but as we grow and soon start having our own marketing budget we will do some of our own marketing

Word of mouth amongst wealthy business owners in our mega city brings already happy new clients that basically sign up no hassle and really believe since their friend recommended you.

Client #1: series of 3 health clinics in 3 different areas in a large city. They service many patients of all kinds. Chiropractor, podiatry/chiropody, physical rehab, accident/injury rehab, weight loss clinic, spinal decompression therapy, and shockwave therapy. all kinds of stuff like that. We have been working with them for over a year with both SEO and PPC campaigns active at various points. Have not really worked the social media aspect yet as we have not found someone who we felt was strong enough to do it. We plan on turning back the PPC campaign soon for selected services that are the most profitable, and once again restarting an SEO campaign with your new leadership to get our client great traffic that calls and comes to the clinics. So far we have done pretty good! They said many new clients through our efforts and we feel we still need a few more people to really do this campaign justice!

Client #2: A truly great gift idea - this company manufacters high quality bath ropes, various towels, wraps, etc, and embroiders whatever you want on them for a very reasonable price. They do beautiful custom boxing, beautiful cards etc. It is really a high standard and high quality service that in terms of being a good gift --- is actually A REALLY GOOD GIFT. I did some research and with a really powerful campaign its possible to reach 100,000 visitors a month for a site like this that does international shipping and its light so generally cheap on shipping as well. The main tagline we have here at the office is "This is the gift your boss will not forget at promotion time!!". If your not excited about this yet, your probably not fit for the job

Client #3: Personal Injury Lawfirm with 6+ lawyers - Yes we have a seriously commited lawfirm client. Head guy who will be responding to inquires is great at closing, we just need people to call in, or fill in the form for a call back. They work in similar ways to our first client, so there can be some interesting synergy going on! We are in the early stages with them, first design of website is up, but we will probably soon upgrade that wordpress install to a professional lawfirm theme and morph it into something hybrid between what we have now and what we get with the theme. Also in final stages of setting up PPC campaign with pretty simple but effective landing pages.

Client #4 (In late stages of negotiations) Restoration Company for water and fire damage that will be expanding around canada with new franchises and wants one central internet marketing strategy/system for everyone. We are currently trying to show them why just throwing money at PPC will work, but is ineffective as a long term strategy to brand this new unheard of company in Canada. Big profit margins for them with each sale. They generally get paid by insurance companies, and bill them at industry rates which are pretty good right now. A few good leads a day to these franchises (only 2 for now within 50km of each others range) will translate into a very large of amount of income for the client which in turn will put us in a great position for long term collaboration with them.

Client #5 Actually this is the same owner as client #1 but they have a second business which is a catering hall servicing a certain community in the large city. We made a good website but they get minimal traffic. After research we see that with only a small but properly executed campaign it can generate possibly 5-10 new worthwhile requests a month.

In the works:

-Local spring water shipping company. Everyone loves to order those big bottles of water that come to your house once a week and you put into that water dispenser that has usually hot/cold water all the time. These guys are one of those! what they do is ship bottles to residential and businesses within a large city area, and are looking to jump on the marketing bandwagon. So far they have only mentioned they are interested in SEO, but seem to be interested in investing a bit to see results. (this client is one of those who thinks they know stuff because they read some blogs or something, but they do not see the forest through the trees, which is why they hire us to advise and manage their success.

-Russian newspaper says they know readership has gone down with everyone having tablets and accessing news from websites. We have a meeting coming up to discuss options. Additonally they own and operate a small family resort 1.5 hours up north. We can also tack on some bonus easy marketing for this super niche family resort.

always more things coming up on the horizon.

Our goal is to be a strong stable well known and respected marketing company that succeeds that bringing value to our clients who are not afraid to say so themselves with full certainty. This means we put pressure very high on ourselves to deliver top notch stuff across the board so we actually do get calls and emails coming in to our clients. Its a mutual relationship, and as we grow and can scale the senior members will get to enjoy that scale as well.

You are probably offering mobile sites to your clients but it is worth mentioning as mobile traffic are always almost guaranteed to convert.

not really doing much with mobile at all. Most serious businesses are ran by experts in that field, and not in internet marketing. We come to a company at their level, and say don't worry about a lot of the details because that is our job. To leverage all the technologies and resources available to us to bring clients to the door.

We want to achieve this in any and all ways and as we grow we will invest more and more into being able to over-deliver.

I will not take a client for less than $1000 a month, and rarely will take one for less than $2000 a month.
