[Programmer: Wordpress & PHP] Contest Function?

I plan to develop a WordPress contest site whereas participants will seek to participate into a draw for a specific product.

Step 1
The participant has to sign in or to create an account in case of new members/participants.
New members should be assigned a unique member number.

Step 2
In order to participate into the draw for any of the available products the participant/member has to enter into the specific product and should fill one of the available CPA offers or surveys. Failure to do so, participants will not be able to continue to step 3.

Step 3
Thank you page with information for the draw for the specific product. Also to send participants an automatic email for participation

Notes: Administrator to be able to view members who participate into specific product. Also facility for automatic draw for any of the products.
