Hi, I am after a virtual assistant. I need to concentrate on my main business and let an assistant take care of the grunt work. Duties: Create tier 1 links. Details: The said candidate must be able to first create 75-100 web 2.0 properties ( wordpress, tumbler, squidoo,...) You would write all unique 10000% content and post daily based on my keywords. Once articles posted, you need to post on twitter, facebook and google + I am expecting a minimum of 10 articles written and posted daily, along with pictures and videos. Reports: every other day Quality: looking for people that speak english, decent english might not cut it. While I understand the standards of an american born writer and seo, I do want decent to good english. My ultimate goal: assistant to do tier 1, I will do tier 2 and 3 myself Communication: need to be able to communicate through yahoo, no skype Applicants: please pm me and send me your availability ( need 5 days a week for sure). Do not ask me to go on skype to chat, I can't and won't do it. All details are sepelled out above. Thanks in advance P.S, send em samples of your previous work and salary requirements. All pay will be after work performed ( weekly). EDIT: I AM NOT LOOKING FOR WIKIPEDIA QUALITY ARTICLES, THESE ARTICLES ARE NOT GOING TO BE POSTED ON MY MAIN SITE(S). THESE ARTICLES ARE FOR WEB 20 PROPERTIES. AS LONG AS THEY ARE UNIQUE AND THEY READ DECENT, I SHOULD BE ALL SET SALARY RANGE? I CERTAINLY CAN'T COVER THE US GOING RATES ( WISH I COULD)... |

If I may give an unsolicited comment, there are two challenges (much better way of saying "problems") here. 1. If you're looking for an assistant who can write a minimum of 10 engaging articles per day, I am not completely sure if you can find one who can juggle between her administrative tasks and writing. As I see it, if a person has a good knack in writing, she would rather focus on writing. 2. You require the virtual assistant to work now and will be paid later. Although you're just trying to protect yourself from fly-by-night freelancers, I think it's better to do business with legitimate providers of VA services even if they require an upfront fee (be in 100% down payment or in a partial payment). Check out the Warriors For Hire area. I'm just trying to help. I'm not against anything of your requirements. Peace. |

I agree with the previous poster regarding the writing. It sounds like you actually need two people, a copywriter and a VA. These are two very different skills. Hiring a VA and expecting them to write 10 articles a day would be like hiring a plumber and expecting them to be able to fix your roof. Conversely, a writer may not be the best VA in the world, or may not want to do VA work. Additionally, you should indicate what salary range you are looking at. |

When I hired my first VA, I made a rookie mistake that I hope you'll not fall into. She had excellent graphic arts skills and very workable writing talent. I'd heard that Filipino VAs were ideal in many ways BUT I neglected to ask her to hop on Skype for an 'interview' of sorts, and hired her by email. I quickly realized she had covered up a massive spoken English barrier and we had no end of trouble trying to get on the same page about her daily tasks. I felt bad letting her go, but the lesson learned was to make sure you'll have easy and comfortable communication with your VA because you will have SO MANY ASSIGNMENTS to delegate and even teach. Good luck! |

I've been a VA for 4 long years... What you are looking is not a VA, you are looking for a SLAVE robot. lol.. Not against you man... but I think you are a newbie who does really know how VA works and what a person can only achieve for a day. So piece of advice, reduce the workload you posted to 75%, then you will probably get a good VA for that. If you don't agree... good luck then... happy VA hunting. Cheers. |

Hi, I am also a VA. I have friends who also work as VA and might be able to help you with this. But I'd like to know is it required for us to work US Time? Also, I understand that you want to be secured thus would like to pay after the work is done. Have you considered hiring someone from websites like odesk? I'd like to help and would also tell my friends about your hiring. Thanks. Eden |
