Are you the effective technology-marketer we are seeking?

We have a rapidly growing client-base of ~500,000 which we would like to begin promoting offers and building our newsletter for.

We are looking for someone with the marketing chops to pull off the following:
-Find and test multiple converting offers
-Provide enticing content to minimize subscriber churn, and maximize revenue through the newsletter channel
-Where feasible creating jump-pages or other forms of lead funnel optimization

We are open to negotiate rates for the above. Just let us know your level of experience, examples of past work, desired payment structure (commission rev-share %, or retainer fee)

If you can provide cost effective marketing from any channel that converts well, we'd consider it. How well do you measure your success indicators and can you PM me with examples?
