Looking for skilled Direct response/Saleswriter/Copywriter in Financial Niche

I'm looking for a skilled direct response copywriter with experience/some history in the financial niche to make a ~1500-3000 word advertorial and a few ~50 words ads promoting a binary options stock trading program.

You must have experience with one of the following:

Stock trading
Forex
Binary options

You must be very strong in creating catchy headlines and persuasive story lines to grab the attention.

You must research this niche and the angle i'm using to push this deeply in order to create a good flow.

I prefer if you are a native USA.

My budget for this is ~$1000. But if you have something else in mind, let me know.
