Making a 8 to 10 mins company video presentation

I like to invite bids for making a 8 to 10 mins video for my company. This project would need the following:

a. Rewriting fresh content from an existing video.
b. Using fresh images and slide.
c. Voice over
d. Ability to draw graphics for use in the video.
e. Able to deliver within a 2 week time frame.
f. able to recommend ideas to attract conversion rates.
