I just bought easy Webinar 4.0 and I was very excited to try it; however, it has not worked well with my WordPress website. It has been very buggy and unstable. I'm not saying it is a bad product, I just think it doesn't work well with my website. I was disappointed because I really wanted to use it. Their tech support said something about too many plugins that are interfering with it.

I just wondered if anyone else has had problems with it. I am still within the 30-day money back guarantee period and would like to get a refund.

Hi Angeline, yes, the product itself is stable, but there are themes & plugins that can interfere. I suggest you install it on a new, clean Wordpress install, possibly on a submdomain of your site. This way, you can keep your main website on your main domain and also use easywebinar alongside on a subdomain.
