What is Binary Options Trading?

Binary Options are are type of option that when traded, there are only two possible outcomes. The trader will either win and make a fixed monetary amount, or if unsuccessful then nothing at all.

There are two types of Binary Options; cash-or-nothing option which pays a fixed amount of money or asset-or-nothing binary option which pays the value of the underlying security. This is in contrast to regular options which can have a whole spectrum of pay offs, so the outcome is far less certain.
